Working for this well-established mechanical component distributor as Branch Supervisor, you\’ll oversee day to day staff and branch functionality, looking after staff rota\’s and ensuring the branch is running as it should be.
Salary – Up to£35,000 Per Annum
Location – Isleworth
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 8-5 / Occasional out of hours rota

The Role
You\’ll ensure seamless branch operations, focusing on accurate order picking, timely deliveries, and strict adherence to customer and branch requirements. You\’ll manage warranty returns, ensure sales invoices are processed online, and that quotations are handled within a day, updating customers as needed.
Daily stock management, including booking goods in and out, will be key, as will handling cash and petty cash reconciliation through appropriate systems. You\’ll also oversee gas and stock counts, maintain orderly administration, monitor outstanding debts, and enforce branch policies.
In people management, you\’ll report absences, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and support grievance and disciplinary matters per company policy.
For health and safety, you\’ll ensure correct PPE use, report accidents, verify delivery vehicle documentation, and maintain a safe and clean warehouse. Finally, you\’ll coordinate agency staff training, ensure fire safety compliance, and organize fire drills if needed during your coverage.
The call out requirement is 1 or 2 in 4 weeks out of hours. You will receive additional pay for being on call and call out pay for any call outs.
