Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with leadership experience? Background in theautomotive industry and on the lookout for a new role?
Look no further.
Location: Heathrow, Feltham, Middlesex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch (no weekends)
Salary: up to £38,000 depending on your skills and experience
Bonus: circa £6000 per year on average
Benefits: Accredited Training programmes, 33 Days Annual Leave inc Bank Holidays (increasing with service, and the option to purchase more!), pension, Free Class IV MOT per year, Personal Accident cover
The Role
As Assistant Parts Manager, your role leads, coaches and motivates the Parts Advisors to exceed sales, profit and performance targets across MAN, Isuzu and VW Vans. You\’ll take ownership of parts sales, driving proactive promotion, upselling and excellent customer service to boost revenue and meet dealership goals.
Daily tasks include managing stock levels, responding to retail, trade and workshop enquiries with accurate pricing, and ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards. You\’ll monitor KPIs, keep clear records, deliver promotional campaigns, and develop the team\’s product knowledge and sales skills.
Proven leadership in parts sales and experience with commercial vehicle brands are essential.
