We’re looking for an experienced Factory & Production Manager to join our kitchen manufacturing operation in Cumbernauld.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience managing a manufacturing/production environment
- Strong knowledge of CNC machinery and CNC-led production
- Experience optimising CNC processes, nesting, material yield and machine utilisation
- Experience within kitchen, furniture, fitted furniture, joinery, shopfitting or panel-based manufacturing
- Strong production planning and scheduling experience
- Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve factory throughput and efficiency
- Experience managing and developing production teams
- Strong understanding of quality control and manufacturing standards
