B&Q Solihull is hiring a TradePoint Customer Advisor on a permanent, part-time basis (30 hours per week). The role involves assisting trade customers with product recommendations, sign-ups to loyalty schemes, and delivering excellent service at the TradePoint counter.
Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm, with weekends/evenings/bank holidays on a rota. You’ll be part of a diverse team, with access to benefits and a focus on helping customers improve their businesses and projects.
