B&Q Swansea is looking for a Showroom Project Coordinator to support showroom teams and installers, guiding customers through kitchen and bathroom projects and ensuring smooth delivery from start to finish.
The role is 30 hours per week on a permanent contract. Salary is £14.10 per hour (£26,945 FTE) with individual bonuses up to £250 per quarter for hitting targets, plus extra incentives and a £3,000 award for top 3–5% performers.
