B&Q is opening a NEW Store in November 2026. We are hiring a Shift Lead on a full-time contract (36.75 hours per week) with shifts between 5am and 10pm across Monday to Sunday. The starting wage is £15.40 per hour plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.
Training will occur in nearby B&Q stores ahead of opening. The Shift Lead will oversee daily operations, deploy colleagues, ensure safety, and be the first point of contact for customers and staff.
