B&Q Halifax is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, ensure a safe shopping environment, and deliver a great experience for customers and colleagues on every shift.
The role is part-time (27.5 hours) on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with shifts from early morning to late evening. You will deploy colleagues, lead by example and help drive store performance while benefiting from our pension and generous holiday entitlement.
