I’m partnering with a leading global organization to hire a Payroll & Administration Specialist for their UK operations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to make a tangible impact within a dynamic, international environment.

Salary: £32,000 – £37,000 + benefits

The Role:

In this position, you will manage payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and offboarding processes, ensuring full compliance with UK legislation. You will support audits, drive automation initiatives, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver excellent Total Rewards services.

About You:

We are seeking an HR operations professional who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with multi-country payroll operations.
  • Experience working with HR systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Protime, ServiceNow, SD Worx HR, and ADP to manage payroll, employee records, and HR processes.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
