What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a high‐quality caseload – advising on wills, probate, estate planning, inheritance disputes, tax planning, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, elder law, and contentious probate.
- Client‐centred approach – meeting clients face‐to‐face and virtually to deliver strategic, personalised advice with compassion and expertise.
- Ensuring compliance and best practice – upholding Lexcel and SRA standards, meticulous file management and risk assessments.
- Building and expanding client relationships – actively seeking new business opportunities through seminars, presentations, networking and cross‐selling.
- Staying at the forefront of legal developments – ongoing professional development to stay ahead in private client law.
- Supporting a high‐performing team – collaborating with colleagues to drive success and innovation in the department.
What We're Looking For
- Private Client Solicitors (1 PQE to Senior Associate) with proven expertise in wills, probate, estate planning, tax and trusts, ideally gained in a leading or well‐regarded firm.
- Client‐centred with outstanding communication skills – ability to build trusted relationships and provide clear, empathetic and pragmatic advice.
