We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join our busy residential property team. In this role, you\’ll play a vital part in supporting our Conveyancers and Solicitors, ensuring smooth transactions and an excellent client experience.
Responsibilities
- Being a welcoming first point of contact for client queries and assisting in resolving them
- Drafting documents, reports and letters with accuracy and care
- Carrying out property searches and preparing files for transactions
- Assisting with completions and post‑completion processes
- Organising diaries, meetings and key dates for solicitors
- Providing proactive administrative support to the wider team
