This is a remote position.
The Role
You will work closely with the Commercial Litigation Partner as their number two, with genuine exposure to clients, matters and strategic decision-making. There are strong long-term prospects for the right person, supported by clear expectations and mentoring. You will be involved in a broad range of commercial dispute resolution matters, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Debt recovery
- Injunctions
- Regulatory and compliance-related disputes
This is a hands-on role offering variety, responsibility and the opportunity to develop trusted client relationships.
About You
We are open to candidates with 5–8 years’ PQE who are:
- Confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
- Thoughtful, commercial and solutions-focused
- Comfortable building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Keen to develop their practice and take on greater responsibility over time
