We are looking for a motivated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy team. The role will be mainly work from home to begin with, but may turn into a hybrid role in future. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong recruitment skills, and is looking to further their career within the recruitment industry. Previous recruitment experience is essential but further training will be provided to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and attracting candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Screening CVs and matching candidates to suitable vacancies
- Conducting online and telephone interviews
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Maintaining and updating candidate records
- Arranging interviews and coordinating candidate availability
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates
- Liaising with clients regarding vacancies and candidates
- Completing compliance and right-to-work checks
- Providing excellent customer service to both candidates and clients
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport
- Previous experience in a similar background is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work at home
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
