You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle on a hot desk, including developing business, handling client management, sourcing, placement, and aftercare of workers.If you have a proven track record in recruitment and are looking for an opportunity where your hard work and success are recognised and rewarded, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Client Management - Proactively identify and win new business opportunitiesGenerate new client relationships through outbound sales activity, networking, referrals, and marketing campaignsArrange and attend client meetings both virtually and in personDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clientsIdentify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accountsNegotiate terms of business and recruitment solutionsUnderstand client requirements and provide consultative recruitment supportConsistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targetsCandidate Attraction & Recruitment - Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and internal databasesScreen CVs and match candidates to suitable vacanciesConduct candidate interviews and registrationsAdvertise vacancies across multiple recruitment platformsBuild and maintain talent pipelines for current and future vacanciesCoordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finishComplete compliance and right-to-work checksProvide candidates with advice and support throughout the recruitment journeyAdministration & Compliance - Maintain accurate records using the CRM and recruitment databaseProduce vacancy advertisements and candidate profilesEnsure all recruitment activity complies with employment legislation and company proceduresManage client and candidate communications professionally and efficientlyAbout You: You will be passionate about recruitment, enjoy building lasting business relationships, and have the drive to develop both existing and new client accounts.
