In this exciting role as Governance & Board Lead within our Finance & Operations team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth and effective running of our governance structures and Board processes.

About B Lab UK

B Lab UK is part of the global B Corp movement, with the mission to inspire and enable people to use business as a force for good. About the role

Working closely with the Director for Finance and Operations (Company Secretary) and senior colleagues, you’ll coordinate Board and Committee activity, support statutory and compliance requirements, and help strengthen our governance, risk and policy processes. You’ll bring excellent organisation, attention to detail and strong written communication skills, alongside a proactive and collaborative approach to coordinating governance activities and improving processes. You’ll be comfortable handling confidential information, managing multiple priorities and building effective working relationships with colleagues, trustees and senior stakeholders.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK (we are not able to provide visa sponsorship).

Equal Opportunity

We’re looking for candidates who can expand our culture and challenge business as usual.

We strive to foster an environment where all staff can bring themselves to work by their own definition, and we strive to provide all candidates with an equitable and accessible recruitment process.

Reasonable Accommodation

If you have a disability/long-term health condition, and require a reasonable adjustment that would enable you to fully participate in any stage of the recruitment process, please let us know.
