We are a long-established Company based in Oldham, OL1 4AE and we have vacancies for a Class 2 experienced 8-wheeler tipper driver, working in the North West area. Hourly rate is £14.50. The average overtime weekly is approximately 2 hours, at time and a half. Working hours are 07:30am until 17:00pm. Generally, work starts from 06:00am until 17:00pm.

This is a job for a professional tipper driver who loves their job and vehicle and can be a team player. We are looking for a reliable driver who turns up on time, every time, to keep our fleet moving.

Job description:

Must be experienced in previous 32T Tipper work.

Job Responsibilities:
  • A track record of excellent attendance and punctuality in previous driving roles.
  • Must be enthusiastic, reliable and have excellent customer service skills.
  • To drive and operate 8-wheeler tipper from site to site.
  • Collect spoil from sites and transport to licenced tips.
  • To collect aggregates from quarries or our own yard and deliver to sites.
  • To complete daily walk-around checks.
  • To keep your vehicle washed, clean and tidy and carry out minor maintenance.
  • Ensure all paperwork and delivery notes are correctly completed.

The applicant must be organised, punctual and motivated.

Job Requirements:
  • Experienced 8 Wheeled Tipper Driver.
  • Class 2 Licence.
  • Full CPC Card.
  • Digital Drivers Card.
Experience:

32T 8 Wheeler Tipper driving: 2 years (required).

Licence/Certification:

Driver CPC card required (required).
