We are seeking a dedicated individual to join an established and caring team who help provide care and companionship to a vibrant lady with cerebral palsy in her own home. This is a fantastic opportunity to empower her to live her life to the fullest. This lovely lady is a wheelchair user who needs help with mobility and some personal care. She loves going out, taking care of herself with makeup and skin care, thoroughly enjoys attending concerts and is just generally really friendly and sociable.

Shift times are: 08:30 - 22:15. Part time and Full time hours available!

About the Role:

  • Assisting with personal care and mobility.
  • Providing companionship and emotional support.
  • Helping with day-to-day tasks, including meal preparation and household activities.
  • Supporting her in attending her favourite activities, including K-pop concerts, pantomimes, and theatre productions.
  • Encouraging her independence and helping her engage with her passions and interests.

About You:

  • Caring, patient and enthusiastic about helping others.
  • Able to build a strong rapport and work in partnership with her.
  • Flexible and willing to accompany her on outings and events.
  • Experienced in or willing to learn about supporting individuals with cerebral palsy (training provided).
