Lead a service that puts people first. We are seeking a committed, experienced CQC Registered Manager with a passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and/or autism. You will be legally responsible for the services leadership, compliance, and quality, driving continuous improvement to achieve and maintain a Good or Outstanding CQC rating.

What you will be doing:

  • Register and maintain CQC registration and act as the primary contact with CQC, commissioners, and external stakeholders.
  • Lead inspections, audits, action plans, and ongoing improvement activity.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are current, compliant, and embedded in practice.
  • Provide visible, values-based leadership; recruit, supervise, appraise, and develop staff.
  • Manage safe staffing levels and effective rotas.
  • Oversee person-centred care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding, and dignity-focused practice.
