Join our caring, supportive team as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker! We are looking for kind, patient, and motivated positive behaviour support workers to join our team. You will be working on a 2:1 basis, with a deputy manager available 24/7 to ensure you always have guidance and support.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 0700hrs - 1430hrs, 1430hrs - 2200hrs (Occasional night cover may be required 10pm - 7am)

About the Role: You will be supporting an outgoing and vibrant young man who receives 24-hour care. He enjoys:

  • Home-cooked meals
  • Laughing and interacting with staff - building relationships
  • Watching his favourite TV shows
  • Fun activities outside the home (such as cycling, swimming, and long walks), local outings, and enjoyable days out in the community

Supporting him is often enjoyable and rewarding, though there may be moments that require patience and resilience. He thrives with clear structure, positive engagement, and plenty of encouragement. Requirements:

  • Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS check
  • A full UK driving licence is essential
  • Complex care/positive behaviour support experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in Autism is essential
