Location: Walton-on-the-Naze
Salary: £26,208 PA
Hours: 36 hours per week over 3 nights (working weekends every other week) 12-hour shifts from 20:00 to 08:00
About the Role
We are looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our team in Walton on the Naze. This role involves providing support, assisting a gentleman in his own home, ensuring the individual feels safe, respected and well-supported.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience with trauma-informed care is highly desirable
- Experience supporting people with autism is essential
- Calm, patient and understanding approach
- Ability to work independently
