The Role
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, helping us attract, engage and onboard high-quality care and support professionals. Working closely with our HR and Operations teams, you'll ensure every stage of the recruitment process is completed accurately, professionally and in line with safer recruitment standards. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a first-class candidate experience while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy through to onboarding.
- Create and advertise engaging job adverts across a range of recruitment platforms.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage pre-employment checks, references and compliance documentation, ensuring complete accuracy and compliance at every stage.
- Proactively source candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future vacancies.
- Develop strong working relationships with managers and provide recruitment advice and support.
- Monitor recruitment activity, produce reports and identify opportunities to improve recruitment performance.
- Promote B Independent Support as an employer of choice through a professional and engaging candidate experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have previous recruitment experience and exceptional attention to detail. We're looking for someone who can confidently manage multiple vacancies while maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.
Essential requirements:
- Previous recruitment experience is essential (health and social care or high-volume recruitment experience is advantageous).
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage recruitment administration, compliance and onboarding documentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
- Knowledge of safer recruitment practices and employment legislation is desirable.
