About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to a combination of four clients, supporting them both at home and within their local community to promote independence and wellbeing.
- Provide support across three scheduled visits each day between 08:00 and 22:15
- Assist with light household duties including laundry, tidying and washing up
- Support individuals with personal care and safe moving and handling
- Accompany clients to appointments and community activities
- Assist with feeding and other daily living tasks where required
- Build positive, trusting relationships while promoting dignity and independence
About You

- Kind, patient and trustworthy with a positive attitude
- Reliable, flexible and able to work across a Monday to Sunday rota
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider care team
- Full, clean UK Driving Licence with business insurance is essential
- Must have the right to work in the UK and reside within the Essex borough
