About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised support to a young lady in her own home and within the community, helping her build confidence, independence, and enjoy activities she loves.

  • Support with personal care and daily routines where required
  • Encourage independence through one-to-one support and guidance
  • Assist with community activities including horse riding, cycling, swimming, walking, arts and crafts, and baking
  • Provide a reliable, friendly, and trusted presence
  • Help create a positive environment focused on wellbeing and personal choice
  • Build a strong relationship based on trust, respect, and understanding
