Join Our Team: Part-Time Support Worker in Colchester!

We're looking for a buddy/companion to support a gentleman in the Highwoods area of Colchester. No personal care involved. If you like chats about movies or the news then this could be the perfect fit for you.

About the Role

The gentleman is fully independent so you will be providing light, practical support such as:

  • accessing the community
  • doing activities he enjoys such as Lego
  • going for long walks
  • talking about daily politics or the news
  • support with shopping and meal planning
  • general housework and any letters he needs help with

Role Details

  • Part-time: 6.25 hours per week
  • Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays, usually 10:30am - 1:30pm or 1:45pm
  • Pay: £13.15 per hour
  • Location: Highwoods, Colchester
