We are recruiting for positive behaviour support workers to support a vibrant and energetic young man in the Kirby area who lives alone with his cat and has 24-hour support. He loves walking and cycling. He likes home-cooked food and looks forward to a Saturday morning cooked breakfast with his staff. Supporting this young man can be lots of fun but can on occasions be a challenge as he will need lots of support and encouragement to promote a good day.

Experience of trauma informed care would be advantageous as would positive behaviour support experience but full training will be provided. A driver's licence is essential to drive the person's motability car.
