We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred care supporting a wonderful young lady to live a fulfilled and active life in the Braintree area.

Hours: Fridays- 07:30-16:30 with the occasional weekend required.

You will support this young lady during daytime hours, helping her thrive at home and in the community. Key responsibilities include:

  • Accompanying her to day services, activities, and outings.
  • Supporting her hobbies like music, YouTube, photography, and cinema trips.
  • Assisting with routines and daily living tasks in a structured and caring environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Warm, patient, caring, and enthusiastic about supporting others.
  • Reliable, flexible, and able to build strong rapport while working in partnership with clients.
  • Comfortable driving the client to services, outings, and events - a full UK licence, own car, and business insurance (or willingness to obtain it) are essential.
  • Experienced in care is helpful but not required - full training is provided.
