About the Role
As a Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and developing a support service for an individual with complex behaviours, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while leading and inspiring a dedicated team.
- Lead and support staff teams to deliver exceptional standards of care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, quality standards, and organisational policies
- Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures, and service quality
- Build strong relationships with individuals, families, external professionals, and stakeholders
- Support service development and contribute towards strategic planning and improvement
- Prepare for and transition into the full Registered Manager role
About You
- We are looking for an ambitious and compassionate leader who has experience within social care and is passionate about improving the lives of people with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
- Previous experience holding a CQC Registration is essential
- Strong understanding of CQC requirements, compliance, and quality standards
- Confident leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
- Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, with Level 5 or willingness to work towards it
- Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel throughout Essex
