About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and developing a support service for an individual with complex behaviours, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while leading and inspiring a dedicated team.

  • Lead and support staff teams to deliver exceptional standards of care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, quality standards, and organisational policies
  • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding procedures, and service quality
  • Build strong relationships with individuals, families, external professionals, and stakeholders
  • Support service development and contribute towards strategic planning and improvement
  • Prepare for and transition into the full Registered Manager role

About You

  • We are looking for an ambitious and compassionate leader who has experience within social care and is passionate about improving the lives of people with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
  • Previous experience holding a CQC Registration is essential
  • Strong understanding of CQC requirements, compliance, and quality standards
  • Confident leader with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organised, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
  • Minimum Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification, with Level 5 or willingness to work towards it
  • Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel throughout Essex
