Bionic is seeking a Sales Manager for our Insurance division. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and implementing strategies to increase the company's sales in insurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record of success in a sales management role.
Reporting into our Head of Insurance Sales you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team’s progress in meeting their objectives through leadership and motivation, providing operational, day-to-day support of both the leadership team and those within those teams, and ensuring we meet daily and monthly targets.
- Deliver Sales, Customer and Quality targets through disciplined daily execution, personally and via the team.
- Ensure full adherence to quality and regulatory standards, always prioritising customer outcomes.
- Lead through leaders, develop capability, and manage performance effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement using data, insight, and structured experimentation.
- Build and lead a high-performing, professional team with clear standards, strong development focus and visible market credibility.
One of Bionic’s goals is to create a meaningful insurance business. As a result, we are looking for our Sales Manager to be an insurance specialist.
- In depth understanding of insurance products and markets.
- Previous experience of working in Tele sales.
- Passion for sales. 2+ years proven experience in sales management.
- Outstanding communication skills – key for building relationships with customers, underwriters and colleagues.
- Commercial insurance experience is desirable.
