Powder Coater Operator

Reports To: Cell Supervisor The role will require an individual to work in a powder coat plant within a fast paced manufacturing environment. The right person needs to have a can-do attitude and work to tight deadlines. A good eye for detail and quality is essential for this role. Duties and Responsibilities * Powder coating of a variety products in a spray booth to a high standard Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed * Quality checking to ensure the highest quality * Working to targets * Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment * To undertake other duties as determined by the company to meet the companies needs * To work in compliance with health and safety regulations * To work in compliance with company policies * To work to company procedures, instructions and drawings * To maintain housekeeping standards in work area. Skills and Experience * Experience working in a manufacturing environment * Experience in Powder Coating preferred * Must be able to work on own at times * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy * Confident ability to read drawings * PC Literate * Experience with SAP but not essential Essential * Multi tasks easily with a can do attitude. * Good team worker * Good attention to detail * PC literate
