B Fit PT is a personal and group training studio that works specifically with Over 40's who want to improve their fitness, lose weight and get in shape. We offer a combination of small group personal training (maximum 4 clients) and group fitness sessions.
The successful applicant will begin coaching our clients in our private studio, alongside a fantastic team of trainers and you will have a great opportunity to develop your role within the company further.
Role DescriptionAs a Part-time Coach, your role will be pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities include:- Guiding Clients through Our Programme: Lead training sessions for small groups, adapting exercises to various abilities.
- Tracking and Reporting Client Progress: Keep track of weekly achievements, address challenges, and review nutrition and exercise logs.
- Perform Fitness Assessments: Conduct body composition measurements and movement screenings.
- Delivering Expert Exercise Instruction: Provide safe and effective coaching, tailored to individual goals.
Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High Energy: We need someone who can energise our classes, lifting the room and keeping members motivated throughout.
- Good Communication Skills: You must be comfortable conversing in-person, be able to deliver clear instructions and know how to conduct yourself professionally.
- People Skills and Personality: A genuine passion for working with people is crucial. As this is an engaging business, you should exhibit enthusiasm and energy while interacting with clients.
- Adaptability: We have a variety of members who often have different needs and communication styles, so it is important that you can adapt to suit their individual needs.
- Health and Fitness Education: You need to be REPS Level 3 qualified personal trainer with a minimum 1 year experience.
