Salary: £33,000 per annum

Location: Sir Devonshire Square, City of London

Working Hours: Average of 40hrs per week, working a four on four off pattern

Your Role as Night Manager:

  • Act as Manager on Duty overnight, ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel whilst focusing on seamless guest service and the safety and security of our team and guests
  • Manage a smooth handover to the daytime team
  • Support and coach the night team (Night Agents), ensuring they feel confident and empowered
  • Handle any guest complaints and resolve issues calmly and efficiently
  • Complete the night audit accurately and on time
  • Support with excellent team performance – from scheduling and training to recognising great work

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous hotel experience, ideally in a senior or supervisory front office night role
  • Strong leadership skills – you know how to guide, motivate and support a team – with a passion for working nights
  • A guest‑first approach with calm, clear communication
  • Able to manage multiple priorities
  • Great attention to detail, especially with billing and audit procedures
  • Knowledge of Shiji or similar platform (e.g. Opera Cloud) is a must
