Working Hours: Full time, average 40 hours per week (4 shifts on, 4 days off)

Your Role as Front Office Agent
- Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure they feel at home from arrival to departure.
- Keep things running smoothly at the front desk, from check‑ins and check‑outs to taking payments.
- Be the go‑to person for local recommendations and guest requests, creating little moments of delight.
- Take ownership of bookings and guest communication across platforms like Booking.com and Expedia.
- Work closely with the team to keep things clear and under control – even when it gets busy.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in a front‑facing role within hospitality or a similar guest‑centric environment.
- A friendly, professional communicator with solid spoken and written English.
- Confidence using booking and front office systems such as Opera is a plus.
- Someone who is organised, reliable, and takes pride in the details.
- Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
