Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the UK’s first hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.
We are now looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who brings a natural sense of leadership, a love for great service, and the ability to keep things flowing – from morning coffee to late-night cocktails. You are all about creating a good atmosphere and making sure every shift feels like it runs itself (even though we both know it never does).

Your Role as F&B Supervisor

Support day-to-day service across our lobby bar – from opening to close

Lead shifts with confidence, keeping the team energised and the service seamless

Coach and train team members, sharing your knowledge and raising the bar

Help shape our drinks menus, from early morning coffee offering to late night cocktails and everything in between

Keep standards high and stock levels healthy, making sure everything runs like clockwork
What We Are Looking For

Previous supervisory experience in a quality-focused restaurant, bar or hotel environment

A confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity

Strong knowledge of food and drink – and a genuine passion for hospitality

Organised and calm under pressure, even when it gets a little busy

Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
