Welcome to Sir Devonshire Square – a bold, beautiful boutique hotel just steps from Liverpool Street Station. We are the first UK hotel from Sircle Collection, the Dutch lifestyle brand known for turning up the charm in Europe’s coolest neighbourhoods.
We are now looking for a Bartender who brings energy, creativity and a genuine passion for crafting unforgettable moments for our guests.

Your Role as Bartender
- Deliver a heartfelt and personalised bar experience to every guest
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, from timeless classics to unique house specials
- Keep the bar organised, fully stocked, and sparkling clean
- Share your drinks knowledge to make thoughtful recommendations to guests
- Supporting our food service when needed
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience behind the bar in a hotel, cocktail bar, or high-volume and quality-focused setting
- Great communication skills and a warm, engaging presence
- A calm and professional approach, even during the busiest shifts
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality, a love of drinks and curiosity to learn more
