We are recruiting on behalf of a professional accountancy firm based in Manchester City Centre that is looking to appoint a motivated Trainee Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced accountants and support the team with bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, accounts preparation, tax administration, and client support. As a Trainee Accountant, you will assist with a variety of accounting tasks for different clients. You will help maintain financial records, process invoices and payments, complete bank reconciliations, organise client documents, and support the preparation of VAT returns and year-end accounts.
