The Role

Reporting to the RVP, Consumption Value Delivery - International (EMEA, JAPAC, LACA), you will lead a team of Consumption Value Delivery Leads: the people who help customers identify and maximise the value from their tech investments. As business owner for your territory and talent multiplier for your people, you will operate across cultures, markets, and time zones, building strong customer and cross-functional relationships as you go. Consumption growth and commercial performance are the targets you own across your operating units. You will shape the strategy, run a tight operating rhythm, and build the scalable motions that make the entire practice better.

Who You Are

You have been building and leading high-performing teams in customer-facing or commercial roles as a direct line manager for more than 3 years. You know what good looks like and you have delivered it. You have done this in a highly matrixed, global software company, where leading through influence is as natural to you as leading with authority. You thrive on the opportunities, challenges and cultural nuances of working across geographies and time zones. Data is your compass. You translate it into stories and decisions that move people. You are AI-forward and use AI tools extensively in your own workflow today. You are driving adoption in your team and bringing that lens to every customer conversation. If you also have experience with APIs, application integration or data governance, that is a bonus.
