We are seeking a motivated and dynamic paralegal to join our Global Governance legal team based in London. This position will report to the Senior Director, Global Governance.

Responsibilities
  • Support Senior Director and team with international subsidiary corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Maintain and organize records and database for international subsidiaries.
  • Assist with subsidiary acquisitions and integrations.
  • Coordinate filings with governmental agencies.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel worldwide to ensure local compliance on governance matters.
  • Coordinate with internal clients (accounting, tax, treasury, business) to support compliance obligations and business needs.
Required Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree and excellent academic credentials.
  • 3 or more years’ experience as a corporate paralegal or similar role, ideally with experience at a major law firm and/or in‑house at a public company.
  • Experience in subsidiary corporate governance matters.
  • Keen attention to detail and a very high standard for accuracy.
  • A sound work ethic, efficient working style, and high level of organization. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
  • Flexibility and intellectual curiosity; strong desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Superior judgment, discretion, and ability to properly handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, team orientation; ability to work cross‑functionally at all levels of the organization.
  • Sense of humor and high level of professionalism.
