We are looking for a Medical Sales Specialist to join our Minimally Invasive Surgery team, focusing on the West Midlands territory. You will be responsible for driving growth and managing relationships within the surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across the Minimally Invasive Surgery portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clinical and procurement stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and clinical training to surgical teams in the operating theatre.
- Identify new business opportunities and execute territory business plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within a surgical or theatre‑based environment.
- Strong understanding of the NHS procurement process and clinical pathways.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a large geographical territory.
