We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Product Manager in Robotics & Surgical Visualisation to support the growth and development of our innovative Aesculap portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team and play a key role in shaping the future of robotic surgery and advanced surgical visualisation technologies across the UK. You'll be responsible for delivering product expertise, supporting portfolio growth, identifying new opportunities, and helping healthcare professionals realise the clinical, operational, and economic benefits of our innovative solutions.
Key Details
- Working hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
- Working Model: Field-based
- Location: The successful candidate will be expected to attend our headquarters in Sheffield on average once per week. Therefore, the ideal candidate should live within approximately two hours of Sheffield. There will also be occasional national travel to support product trials and other business activities as required.
Your main responsibilities:
- Developing a strong understanding of the product portfolio, including clinical applications, market positioning, and competitor activity.
- Supporting product launches, lifecycle management activities, and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
- Providing training and support to customer-facing teams to enhance product knowledge and value-based selling capabilities.
- Building strong relationships with healthcare customers and key stakeholders across the business to support growth and deliver results.
- Leading and supporting key commercial activities, including conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in product management or capital sales experience.
- Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- Understanding of the UK healthcare market, NHS purchasing processes, and surgical environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.
- Commercially minded and customer-focused, able to identify opportunities and drive action.
- A full UK drivers licence.
