We’re looking for a passionate Digital Microscopy Specialist to lead the way in bringing cutting‑edge technology to hospitals. You’ll be empowering clinicians, improving patient outcomes, and shaping the future of surgery. If you thrive on innovation and want your work to make a real difference, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth of our Digital Microscopy portfolio, driving adoption of high‑value capital equipment.
  • Manage clinical evaluations and ensure seamless implementation.
  • Partner with surgeons, theatre teams, and key decision‑makers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants and develop key opinion leaders.
  • Share insights that shape our marketing and sales strategies.
  • Represent B. Braun at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in selling large‑scale capital medical equipment (experience in a theatre environment is desirable)
  • Strong understanding of NHS and private hospital procurement processes.
  • Excellent relationship‑building skills and a consultative approach.
  • Resilient, proactive, and passionate about innovation in healthcare.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel.
