Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of our Digital Microscopy portfolio, driving adoption of highâvalue capital equipment.
- Manage clinical evaluations and ensure seamless implementation.
- Partner with surgeons, theatre teams, and key decisionâmakers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and develop key opinion leaders.
- Share insights that shape our marketing and sales strategies.
- Represent B. Braun at industry events and conferences.
Qualifications
- Proven success in selling largeâscale capital medical equipment (experience in a theatre environment is desirable).
- Strong understanding of NHS and private hospital procurement processes.
- Excellent relationshipâbuilding skills and a consultative approach.
- Resilient, proactive, and passionate about innovation in healthcare.
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel.
