As our Head of Woundcare, Ostomy and Continence (WOC), you will take full leadership responsibility for our WOC Strategic Business Areas, guiding a diverse team that includes colleagues across sales, marketing, nursing and business support. This is a role for a commercially driven and forward-thinking leader who thrives and excels on driving growth, inspiring teams, fostering a culture of success whilst creating meaningful partnerships. Someone who sees the future of woundcare, ostomy and continence not just as products, but as life‑changing solutions that improve outcomes for clinicians, patients and communities.

Reports to: Head of Sales and Marketing
Key Tasks of the Role:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and expand our WOC portfolio.
- Lead, empower, and nurture a diverse team across sales, marketing, nursing, and business support, cultivating an inclusive and high-performance culture.
- Build and strengthen relationships with national and international stakeholders, key opinion leaders, and clinical partners.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global B. Braun teams to align on strategic goals.
- Own P&L performance, optimize resources and inventory, and promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Contribute actively to the achievement of wider UK strategic objectives.
What you need to succeed:
- Proven leadership experience in the UK healthcare sector, ideally within woundcare, ostomy, or continence.
- Demonstrated success in sales and marketing, P&L management, and delivering financial growth.
- Skilled in business planning, market development, and team leadership.
- Commercially astute, customer-focused, and highly motivated.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy, clarity, and strategic vision.
- Full UK driving licence.
