Play a crucial role in training and educating our customers on our Hospital Care product portfolio. If you have a passion for healthcare and customer support, this is a great role for you.
Key Details:- Department: Infusion & Renal Therapy
- Location: Field Based (North East England)
- Working Hours: 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent
Your role will also include responsibility for:
- Building and maintaining an excellent knowledge of our Hospital Care product portfolio
- Developing a strong knowledge of working accounts within your given territory
- Providing clinical training to customers, both pre and post sale
- Supporting customers with any questions and queries
- Working with Sales and Marketing teams to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of trials
- Providing feedback to the company regarding competitor prices and products
- A qualified healthcare professional with current clinical experience
- A successful track record of managing multiple patients at one time
- Confidence making decisions autonomously
- Confidence building relationships with customers of all levels
- Effective training and presentation skills
- A UK driving licence
