Your Role: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to shape the future growth of our Homecare business. As National Sales Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team across the UK, driving commercial success, developing talent, and delivering strategic initiatives within a global healthcare organisation.
Working closely with the Homecare Business Manager and key stakeholders across the business, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the UK Homecare sales strategy, identifying new opportunities for growth, and strengthening relationships with customers, clinicians, wholesalers, and key opinion leaders.

Your Main Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a national sales team to deliver sustainable growth.
- Support the development and delivery of the UK Homecare sales strategy.
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, clinicians and key opinion leaders.
- Collaborate across the wider business to maximise commercial opportunities and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Represent B. Braun at key industry events and conferences.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven success delivering commercial growth within medical devices, pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing field-based teams.
- Strong strategic and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities.
- Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals, customers, key stakeholders and influencers.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within the stoma care, continence, homecare or wider community healthcare sector would be advantageous.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the UK.
