Overview

In this role you drive growth for the IVT portfolio by managing key accounts, developing new opportunities, and engaging clinicians to translate evidence into value-based discussions. You’ll lead strategic planning, nurture partnerships with clinicians, KOLs, and procurement, and represent the business at events to broaden clinical presence. The position combines commercial drive with clinical credibility to protect market share and expand adoption in a field-based territory.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and profitability across the IVT portfolio through territory, business and account planning
  • Build partnerships with interventional clinicians, KOLs, and procurement to widen adoption and protect market share
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new segments, indications and accounts
  • Lead strategic account management, pricing discussions and tender activity with internal teams
  • Act as a clinical and commercial expert, translating complex evidence into value-based discussions
  • Represent the business at meetings and events, supporting education and strengthening clinical presence

Key requirements

  • Proven track record in medical device sales, ideally in Interventional Vascular Therapies, Interventional Cardiology or related field
  • Strong understanding of the NHS landscape, buying processes, hospital structures and procurement pathways
  • Ability to translate complex clinical and economic data into clear value-based discussions with senior stakeholders
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account and business plans for sustainable growth
  • Confident, self-motivated with resilience to operate autonomously in a field-based role
  • Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
