We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Occupational Health (OH) Specialist to join our Health & Safety function on a permanent basis in Sheffield. In this key coordination role, you will support the delivery of occupational health programmes across the business, helping to ensure our employees receive the right health surveillance, wellbeing support and workplace adjustments to enable them to thrive. You will act as a central point of contact between employees, managers, HR and external occupational health providers, ensuring a seamless and compliant service. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a safe, healthy and supportive working environment while driving continuous improvement across our OH processes.
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Hybrid, two days at home and three days on-site)
Location: Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW – located just off Junction 35A of the M1. We offer free car parking.
Your main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage occupational health programmes, including health surveillance, vaccinations and referrals, and support the review and continuous improvement of OH policies.
- Act as a key liaison between employees, managers, HR, Health & Safety and external occupational health providers.
