Role: We are seeking an experienced Head of Financial Accounts to provide strategic leadership across the UK finance function at B.
Braun.
This is a critical role with responsibility for financial accounting, investment management, tax, statutory audit, and cash flow management, including oversight of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams.
Working closely with the Head of Controlling, you will take joint ownership of end-to-end financial processes, ensuring a cohesive, consistent, and high-performing Finance function.
You will play a key role in strengthening internal controls, driving process improvements, and ensuring robust compliance across both Finance and the wider business.
As a people manager, you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development-focused culture across the site.
