Your Role: Are you someone who enjoys helping others understand technology and use systems more effectively? Do you thrive on working with different teams, listening to their needs, and turning that into clear guidance, training and support? We’re looking for a Business Systems Administrator who will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to help them get the best out of their business systems. While Salesforce is our primary platform, what matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver confident training and support.

Key Details:

  • Location: Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield.
  • Hybrid: Office and home working. A minimum of 3 days a week working in our Head Office. Employees are able to utilise our office facilities more should they wish to.
  • Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment.
  • Support Sales and Marketing teams by delivering training, coaching, and clear user guidance.
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making.
  • Work on system improvements.
