We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Specialist to support the continued growth of our Sterile Goods Management (SGM) portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, field‑based team, where you will play a key role in strengthening our presence across the region. You’ll work closely with healthcare professionals, building trusted relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting innovative solutions that make a real difference within clinical environments.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets through effective, repeatable sales strategies across the territory.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and accounts to drive long‑term growth.
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and internal stakeholders to support account development and customer success.
- Attending exhibitions, meetings, product demonstrations, and workshops, both locally and nationally.
- Developing and maintaining a clear business development plan, while accurately recording all sales activity and opportunities in Salesforce.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to support forecasting, planning, and strategic decision‑making.
What You Need To Succeed
- Proven experience in a medical sales role.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, with the ability to build credible, long‑term relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- High levels of resilience, professionalism, and self‑motivation, with the ability to manage a demanding, field‑based role effectively.
- A proactive and driven mindset, with a clear desire to learn, develop, and achieve commercial success.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
