What you'll do:
- Lead the growth of our Digital Microscopy portfolio, driving adoption of high‑value capital equipment.
- Manage clinical evaluations and ensure seamless implementation.
- Partner with surgeons, theatre teams, and key decision‑makers to deliver tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with consultants and develop key opinion leaders.
- Share insights that shape our marketing and sales strategies.

What we're looking for:
- Proven success in selling large‑scale capital medical equipment (in a theatre environment is desirable).
- Strong understanding of NHS and private hospital procurement processes.

- Full UK driving licence and flexibility for travel.
