Your Role

We are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator - Homecare to join our Customer Care team on a fixed term basis until April 2027 to cover maternity leave in Sheffield. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams by coordinating homecare services and ensuring a high standard of customer care is delivered at all times. You'll act as a key point of contact, managing patient services efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures and service level agreements.

Working hours

Onsite, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday

Location

Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW - located just off Junction 35A of the M1. We offer free car parking.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient and customer enquiries professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and sensitively
  • Coordinate and manage homecare patient services, acting as a central point of contact for patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholders
  • Process and maintain accurate patient and service records in line with company procedures.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of homecare services
  • Support the Homecare Team Leader and wider team with administrative and operational tasks as required

  • Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner
  • Confidence working independently as well as part of a collaborative team
  • Good IT skills with the ability to learn systems and processes quickly
  • A patient-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
